For nearly two decades, I’ve been a multi-media journalist covering a wide array of topics ranging from local news to sports to weather emergencies. Beyond the stories themselves, however, are the hard and soft skills required to execute them: research, writing, editing, videography, listening, empathy, and perseverance just to name a few. These foundations are the core of Visionary Media Productions, LLC.

My journalism career began at a small television station in San Bernardino, California and continued with jobs in northern California, Louisiana, and Washington, D.C.

The journalists job is intimate in nature, you have to “see it and feel it” to truly tell the story, and that skill has served me well in my current role as owner of Visionary Media Productions.

This is why we say we don’t just shoot videos. Anyone can do that. It takes a specialist to “see it and feel it,” which is what we try to do every time we press play on our cameras.

Since 2016, we’ve helped clients like Starwood Hotels, Chesapeake Bay Foundation, and Prince George’s County Public Schools enhance their brand with impactful storytelling that connects them to their audience.

I’m also a proud veteran with six years of active duty service in the United States Navy. I also graduated from the United States Naval Academy, and participated in Persian Gulf operations.

I have a Masters Degree in Business and I’m an adjunct professor of journalism so I bring a practitioners approach to Visionary Media Productions as well.

When you work with Visionary Media Productions you will feel an energy that is palpable. We love what we do, and we unapologetically transmit that to everyone around us.

Thanks for reading my story; I look forward to hearing from you soon!
